Creators of any size are welcome — influencers, affiliates, UGC creators, newsletter writers, bloggers, podcasters, and social media creators. There is no follower minimum. Applications are reviewed for audience fit and authentic engagement, and smaller, highly relevant audiences are often a great match for campaigns.

Click Apply anywhere on the site and complete the short two-step application: tell us about yourself, your platforms, and your audience. Applications are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours, and you'll receive an email with next steps.

Applying and browsing campaigns is free. SocialMynt Pro is an optional $29/month plan that becomes available after your application is approved. You are never charged at signup.

No. We never collect tax information at onboarding. Tax details are only requested after you earn $500 in commissions, which is when reporting requirements apply.

Every campaign pays a percentage of each qualifying sale: 15% for service-based businesses, 20% for products and tools, and 25% for high-value or recurring SaaS. There are no flat-fee-only offers — you earn a percentage of every sale you drive.

Offer access is manually approved by our team. New creators start with no offers; after you complete your matching quiz and contractor profile, we review your information and unlock campaigns that fit your audience. This manual review protects both creators and brands while our automated vetting is built out.

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, newsletters, blogs, email, podcasts, UGC video, and sponsored shoutouts. Each campaign lists the channels it supports.

Earnings are qualifying approved sales multiplied by the campaign's commission rate. For example, 1,000 qualified clicks at a 2% conversion rate, a $200 order value, and a 20% commission equals $800. Your actual results depend on your audience, content, and the offer — nothing is guaranteed.

No. Commission income depends on your audience, content quality, and whether your referrals convert into approved sales. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, campaign access, or earnings.

Each approved campaign gives you a unique referral link. When someone clicks it, the visit is logged and they're redirected to the brand's site with your referral code. When they buy, the brand's system reports the conversion to SocialMynt over a secure, signed server-to-server connection — so your commission is recorded accurately and can't be created or altered by a browser.

Partner sites remember your referral for 30 days after the click, using consent-aware first-party storage. If a visitor buys within that window, the sale is attributed to you.

Yes. Your creator dashboard shows referral link clicks, click velocity, conversions, and commission status on approved sales in real time.

A conversion is approved when the brand confirms a genuine, completed order. Refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, or self-referral orders don't earn commission. Each order is counted once, even if it's reported more than once.

Commissions on approved conversions accumulate in your dashboard and are paid to the payout method in your contractor profile. Payout timing and any holding periods are shown in your dashboard and depend on each campaign's terms.

Only after you earn $500 in commissions. At that point the tax section of your dashboard unlocks and we'll ask for the details needed for tax reporting (such as a 1099-NEC for US creators). We never ask for a tax ID at signup.

No. Creators are independent contractors. You control your own content, schedule, and which campaigns you promote, and you're responsible for your own taxes on the income you earn.

Brands list commission-based campaigns and pay a percentage of verified sales — there are no upfront placement fees for the core model. You get access to vetted creators, real-time attribution from click to conversion, and signed server-to-server conversion reporting that prevents fake commissions.

Every creator applies and is manually reviewed before offer access is granted. Campaign matching considers audience fit, platforms, and engagement quality, and our team approves each creator's access before they can promote.

Yes. FTC guidance requires clear, conspicuous disclosure of material connections — including affiliate commissions — close to your endorsement, such as 'I earn a commission if you buy through this link.' Platform tools like Instagram's paid partnership label and YouTube's paid-promotion setting are required too, but don't replace a plain-language disclosure.

Bidding on brand keywords in paid ads, making misleading or unsubstantiated claims, self-referrals, cookie stuffing, and spammy outreach are all prohibited and can end your account. Our Terms and contractor agreement spell out the full rules.

Non-essential analytics and marketing storage stay off until you opt in through the cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw consent anytime from the footer. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain what we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights.
