This Privacy Policy explains what personal information SocialMynt Technologies Inc. ("SocialMynt", "we") collects, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the rights you have. This page is maintained by SocialMynt to answer common privacy questions about the Service.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, password hash, role (creator / brand), and any social handle or channel you connect.
• Marketplace activity — campaigns you post or apply to, application messages, and approval status.
• Performance & attribution — clicks, conversions, referrer, UTM parameters, and anonymized device/browser data used to attribute campaign results.
• Payout information — banking or wallet details you provide to our payment processors (we do not store full bank credentials on our own servers).
• Communications — messages you send us or through the Service, and support requests.

How we use information

• To operate the marketplace and route applications between creators and brands.
• To attribute conversions, calculate payouts, and prevent fraud.
• To communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates you opt into.
• To comply with legal obligations, including tax, KYC and AML requirements.

Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data under one or more of these bases: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, your consent (which you may withdraw), and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share information with (a) the counterparty of a campaign — a brand sees an applying creator's public profile, channel and application; a creator sees the brand's campaign brief; (b) service providers that host, secure, analyze, or process payments for us under contract; and (c) authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies & analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the Service, and — where you consent — analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations (for example, tax records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account at any time; some records may be retained where a legal exception applies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. International transfers

SocialMynt is based in the United States, and personal information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
