This Cookie Policy explains how SocialMynt Technologies Inc. ("SocialMynt", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies such as local storage and pixels on socialmynt.com, and the choices available to you. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your session, keep you signed in, secure requests, and measure how content performs. Local storage works similarly but is read only by the site that set it.

Categories we use

• Strictly necessary — authentication session tokens, CSRF and abuse protection, load balancing, and remembering your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off; without them the marketplace, sign-in, and checkout do not function.
• Analytics (consent-based) — aggregate, largely anonymized usage measurement so we can see which pages and campaigns are useful and improve the product.
• Marketing & attribution (consent-based) — click and conversion attribution that credits the correct creator for a sale, including referral identifiers and UTM parameters carried in campaign links. Attribution windows are shown on each campaign listing.

Third parties

Some cookies are set by processors acting on our behalf, including our hosting and database provider (session and security cookies) and our payment processor (checkout, fraud prevention, and billing portal cookies). These providers are bound by contract and may only process data on our documented instructions, as described in our Data Processing Addendum.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and use "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals — we treat a GPC signal as a request to reject non-essential cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and checkout.

Retention

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies — including your cookie choice and attribution identifiers — last no longer than 13 months, after which we ask for consent again.

Legal bases and regional rights

In the EEA and UK we rely on your consent for analytics and marketing cookies (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and on our legitimate interests for strictly necessary cookies. In California, rejecting non-essential cookies also serves as an opt-out of any "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information.
